Andra’Rey has teamed up with USPS to ship your orders in a timely manner. We ship worldwide using USPS First Class or Priority Mail and DHL.
All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped within 1- 3 business days from the receipt of payment verification. Orders placed Fri – Sun will begin processing the following Monday. We try our best to deliver your items promptly but we cannot guarantee delivery times. We can only provide you with an estimated timeframe.
All Domestic and international orders are shipped via USPS priority mail and DHL. For all domestic orders we charge $7 USD, for Canada order we charge $13USD and for all international orders rates vary depending on location and weight of the package. At check out your total shipping will be shown depending upon the weight of your item(s).
We are only able to ship to the address you indicate, please ensure that the address entered at checkout is correct.
To track your order please use the tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If your tracking number does not work visit to manually input your tracking number.
Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.
International packages may require additional processing time.
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. If the wrong address is entered at checkout and the package is returned back to us there will be a reshipment fee of $7 USD due prior to reshipment.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped during sales. Ex: Black Friday & All Holiday sales.
Please Note: Andra’Rey is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the unlikely event your package has been lost or stolen, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). By completing a purchase with Andra’Rey you are agreeing to our shipping and delivery policy.

Andra’Rey offers exchanges and store credit ONLY.
NO REFUNDS or CANCELLATIONS.
If you are not completely in love with your item(s) you can exchange them or receive store credit.
Contact us within 14 days of receipt at and put EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT along with your order number in the subject line. If we receive your item(s) beyond the 14 days it will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of all exchanges.
If we find any defects on the merchandise or there are signs of wear we reserve the right to not accept your return.

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately.
Once your return is received please allow up to 5 – 10 business days for your store credit to be issued. Store credit excludes the shipping fees incurred through purchase.
